What is Bybyte's standard return policy?

If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased, you may return it within 10 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price of the product. (Shipping charges are non-refundable). Please request an RMA # by filling out the Returns Form at the bottom of this page. The Item must be returned in its original condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.

 

Are there any items that I cannot return?

Yes. Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. Software and electronic media products (CD-ROMs, software), customized/personalized products are exceptions.

 

How do I return an item?

Bybyte.com stands behind every item we sell. We are committed to having satisfied customers. That’s why we offer a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your product simply return it within 10 days for a refund. If you need to return an item, please request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number using the form below. Returned items MUST have the RMA number written BOLDLY on the box of the returned item.

Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned.

Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging, parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information and printed materials in order to be eligible for a full refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the purchaser’s responsibility, except in cases where the return is the result of a shipping error or the item arrives damaged or defective.

 

What do I do if I received a damaged or defective item?
When your order is delivered, you should immediately inspect the carton(s) for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. If you received an item that was damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us by emailing to support@bybyte.com immediately. It is important that you contact us before returning the item, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Before you call, please have your invoice number available. In addition, please be prepared with a detailed description of the damage or defect before contacting us. (Photos are recommended)

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: In the event you received a damaged item please get a "Damage Assessment" from your local Post Office and send it along with the returned merchandise in order to be able to claim a full refund.
